Eligibility for a Medical Visa from Kazakhstan to India

A medical visa is granted only when the purpose of travel is medical treatment.

2) Passport valid for six months.

3) Two-color passport-size photographs.

4) An official letter signed by a local doctor or hospital stating that the attendant is needed to have his/her treatment in India.

6) Yellow Fever Certificate (original & photocopy).

7) An official letter from a concerned Indian hospital/doctor providing details of required treatment and mentioning the patient's name and the medical attendant's name.

8) A copy of the travel itinerary.

9) Proof of relationship between the applicant and his/her medical attendant should be submitted.

Online Application

Fill up all the mandatory fields, such as your country's name, high commission, date of birth, email ID, nationality, expected date of arrival in India, and visa type.

A total of three pages have to be filled up, so after submitting details on each page, enter the access code and click on Save and Continue.

You now need to enter the family address's occupation and profession details.

The processing fee and the period

Kazakhstan has a medical visa from India, which is acceptable for a period of six months for triple entries in and out of India. Charges range from 102.90 to 250 USD, approx.
