It is quite fast and easy to acquire an e-tourist visa compared to a medical visa since e-tourist visas can be applied for online using computers and laptops.
The validity period for an e-visa is up to 60 days with double entry for a tourist visa and e-business visa and triple entry when living under an e-medical visa. However, in the case of an e-medical visa, an extension can be granted for up to six months on a case-to-case basis depending upon the merits of the case by the concerned FRRO/FRO.
There is no provision for an extension of an e-visa, regardless of the reason. The same is the case with the non-extending e-visa: an e-visa is to be non-convertible.

A health tour generally allows a full-body, comprehensive health checkup and trips to several of the favorite travel destinations.
Following a full-body comprehensive health checkup, patients will receive an in-depth evaluation of their reports and counseling based on those reports.
Thereafter, people organize full-day spas, take 2-3 day tours of the city, and visit all the major attractions.
The health tours prove beneficial since patients themselves do not worry much, and the tours are best performed in groups; corporates/brands are now also considering such activities for their executives.
