Eligibility of Medical Visa from Bangladesh to India

A medical visa is granted for a specific session of medical treatment inside the country.

5. Copies of treatment records in Bangladesh.

6. Yellow Fever Certificate—original and copy.

8. Copy the travel itinerary.

9. Proof of relationship between the applicant and his/her medical attendant should be submitted.

Online Application

Complete it so that it is compulsory to provide the name of your country and high commission, date of birth, email ID, nationality, expected date of arrival in India, and visa type.
