1) How and what you are eating food is very important. Stop Eating Mainly Processed Foods to consuming more processed foods. Along with processing comes an increase in added sodium, more saturated fat, more sugar, and less fiber.

2) Keep yourself away from air pollution as much as possible.

3) Avoid plastic bags and pots to keep your food.

4) Avoid Aluminum plats, pots to eat, or prepare food.

5) Have a maximum of 2-3 times of food a day. it is always a bad habit to have food or snacks after a few hours.

6) It is a better way to have fruits before 20-30 minutes of lunch or dinner.

7) You can have sweet while start having dinner or lunch.

8)  Every day you have to drink min 3-5 liters of water it depends upon climate.

9) Having 15-20 % liquid food or water-based food such as tomato, cucumber is better for digestion.   

10) Having milk in the light before brush your teeth at night.

11) Having food as per the geographic area and climate is good. In the summer season, it is wrong to drink refrigerator cold water. After lunch or dinner do not eat ice cream or cold coffee, tea.

 15) Good relationships keep you strong, while bad relationships can leave you in a negative frame of mind, and put you at risk of depression and even heart attacks.

16) Staying connected or engage and meet extended family and friends and new people even business groups is the best option to keep away loneliness.

17) Even a short time of exercise or activity each day can reap big benefits for your lifespan. Consistency is more important than the short-term, for resolving to eat healthier and daily exercise is important.

Try to sleep in a proper direction keep your head on the south side or east side is better. Do not keep your head in the north site at the time of sleeping at night.

20) When your immune and digestive system is powerful then there is no need to worry about health and will all play a huge role in how long you might live.

21) In hot places like India, you have to avoid tea and coffee with milk. Green tea is good for health. Have Cilantro, Pumpkin, Pomegranate glass of juice 3-4 times in a year.

22) Have a minimum quantity of Maida, salt, sugar, and avoid refined oil. Have Cow Gee in food, black salt, and without chemical Jaggery.  

23) Every month avoid one-time food in lunch or dinner keep fast or have some fruit juice only. 

24) Get 20-25 Raisins clean with water keep in a glass of water at night and eat them in the morning and drink that water also.

25) It is a good habit to have more food at breakfast and medium food at lunch and avoid more spicy food less than lunch at dinner.  

It is always good to go for health checkups and related medical tests and screenings after the age of 40 years.
