The calls will be recorded and stored on HMSDESK's servers. An IVR message will inform you about the purpose of call recording and seek your consent. If you choose not to consent to call recording, HMSDESK reserves the right to not provide the Services that require such personal information. The recorded calls will be handled by the Privacy Policy.

2. End-Users using the website without registering for an account or 'HMSDESK' mobile application (Guest End-User):
You have the option to use the website without registering for an account. However, when booking an appointment, you will be asked for certain information, including your mobile number and other necessary details, to verify the appointment. Similar to registered users, when selecting the 'show number' option for a Practitioner listed on HMSDESK.com, your calls will be routed through a free telephony service provided by HMSDESK. The calls will be recorded and stored on HMSDESK's servers. An IVR message will inform you about the purpose of call recording and seek your consent. If you choose not to consent to call recording, HMSDESK reserves the right to not provide the Services that require such personal information. The recorded calls will be handled by the Privacy Policy.

3. Practitioners availing the free listing service on the website or 'HMSDESK' mobile application by registering for an account: To create an account, Practitioners are required to provide information including their name, mobile number, email address, and any other details requested on the Practitioner registration page. If interactions with End-Users are facilitated by HMSDESK, HMSDESK may send email and/or SMS confirmations or other communications to End-Users regarding bookings, appointments, or other interactions with the Practitioner.

4. Practitioners availing the free listing service on the website or 'HMSDESK' mobile application without registering for an account: Practitioners can use the listing service without registering for an account by providing their name, mobile number, email address, and any other information requested by HMSDESK's employees or agents during face-to-face or telephone contact. HMSDESK will retain this information until the Practitioner chooses to register for an account. HMSDESK may contact the Practitioner from time to time. After collecting this information, HMSDESK will send a confirmation email to verify the provided details and inform the Practitioner about their listing on the website. If the Practitioner does not wish to be listed, please inform HMSDESK immediately at support@HMSDESK.com.

5. Practitioners using the 'Ray' and/or 'Tab' products:
To use the 'Ray' and/or 'Tab products, Practitioners are required to create an account and provide HMSDESK with information including their name, mobile number, email address, and any other details requested on the Ray and/or Tab Practitioner registration page to complete the registration process.
Upon registration, HMSDESK will access non-personally identifiable information from the Practitioner's patient records. Practitioners agree to inform their patients about this access.
HMSDESK reserves the right to increase or withdraw the 'ABS' (Instant) functionality at its sole discretion, based on the number of End-User appointments being honored by the Practitioner. Any extension or withdrawal of this facility will be communicated to the Practitioner by HMSDESK.
Practitioners using these products have the option to enable 'End-User Feedback'. This means that the Practitioner is providing the contact details of one or more patients to HMSDESK's feedback system. End-Users may choose to send feedback anonymously, and the Practitioner agrees to allow anonymous feedback. The feedback system will send SMS and email requests for feedback to the patients, which will then be published on the website. Practitioners agree to inform their patients about the possibility of receiving such feedback queries.

6. Hospital doctors, Practitioners, and Diagnostic centers using the 'HMSDESK Reach' product:
To use the 'HMSDESK Reach product, Hospital doctors, Practitioners, and Diagnostic centers are required to create an account and provide HMSDESK with information including their name, mobile number, email address, and any other details requested on the 'HMSDESK Reach hospital doctors, Practitioners, and Diagnostic center registration page to complete the registration process.
